Shipping Info

Shipping charges are assessed on all orders based on the merchandise total after discounts and before taxes. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

 

Free Shipping 

​Free shipping can be acquired for all domestic orders that reach a $30 minimum prior to the addition of taxes. 

 

International Shipping

We do have an international shipping option. You will be able to see the estimated shipping costs once you have the items you wish to purchase in your cart.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

All of our packages ship out via USPS unless a different option is selected by you at check out. We are located in California, so depending on where you live, USPS can take anywhere from 5-7 business days in normal situations. We do see some packages take a little longer, up to 10 or even 15 days. It all depends on the county you live in, the weather and the post office servicing your area.

Processing and transit times:
Processing Timeline: Generally, expect a processing window of 1 to 3 business days before your order is shipped. This is an average estimate; actual processing times may vary, particularly in response to heavy order volumes during major holidays, peak shopping seasons, or substantial site-wide promotions

Please consider public holidays when choosing shipping methods, as these are not part of our estimated time frames. Our couriers do not pick up packages from us, nor deliver on major holidays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note: When packages are deemed as "undeliverable" by the shipping courier, the package will be returned back to us. When our team receives "return to sender" packages, we are able to process an automatic refund on your original form of payment.

What is your return policy? 

All sales are final, but if an item of yours arrives damaged or incomplete, we will send over a replacement item once proof has been provided to us that the item in question was damaged. Please send an email to emailme@landandworld.com or simply open the Let's Chat tab/chat bubble on the lower right hand corner of your screen. Please contact us within 28 days of the order's original shipment date to be eligible for an exchange. Once an order has been placed it can't be canceled or changed. In the event of a return, any applied discount/coupon is forfeited and may not be re-used. All gift cards are final sale and not eligible to be returned or transferred into another customer's gift card balance. Please note that we currently only have the option to refund the original payment method and are unable to process returns as gifts at this time.
